Terms of Service

By accessing or using PreIndex ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PreIndex. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use PreIndex. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify PreIndex of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. PreIndex will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information.

What PreIndex Does

PreIndex is a URL indexing service that helps users get their web pages crawled and indexed by search engines, primarily Google. Users submit URLs through our platform, and we use our proprietary technology to facilitate their discovery and indexing by search engine crawlers.

No Guarantee of Rankings

While PreIndex facilitates indexing, we do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or SEO outcomes. Indexing means that a search engine has discovered and added a page to its database — it does not guarantee that the page will appear in any particular position in search results.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PreIndex may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice whenever possible), emergency maintenance to address security or stability issues, factors outside our control such as internet outages or third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Credit System

PreIndex operates on a credit-based system. Each URL submission consumes one (1) credit. Credits can be purchased through our platform at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Free Credits

New users receive ten (10) free credits upon account creation and email verification. Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Credits Never Expire

Once purchased or earned, credits remain in your account balance indefinitely and do not expire, as long as your account is active and in good standing. If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, unused credits may be forfeited.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Indexing Guarantee

PreIndex offers a 95% indexing success rate. If a URL you submit is not indexed within our guarantee window (which varies by service tier), we will automatically refund the credit used for that submission back to your account balance. This is our core promise to you.

Credit Refunds

Automatic credit refunds are issued when our system confirms that a submitted URL was not indexed within the guarantee period. You do not need to request this — it happens automatically. Refunded credits are returned to your account balance and can be used for future submissions.

Monetary Refunds

Monetary refunds for credit purchases may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the credits have not yet been used. To request a monetary refund, contact our support team at support@preindex.io. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for monetary refunds.

Permitted Use

You may use PreIndex to submit URLs that you own, manage, or have authorisation to submit. This includes your own websites and web pages, client websites where you have explicit authorisation, press releases and guest posts published on third-party sites, and backlinks and citations pointing to your properties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PreIndex for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, you must not submit URLs containing malware, phishing, or harmful content; use the Service to facilitate spam, fraud, or deception; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service; create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system; resell or redistribute PreIndex credits without authorisation; submit URLs that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; or use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written consent.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. In cases of severe abuse, we may also report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Our Property

The PreIndex platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PreIndex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission. "PreIndex" and the PreIndex logo are trademarks of PreIndex.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any URLs, data, or content you submit to PreIndex. By submitting URLs, you grant PreIndex a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit this data solely for the purpose of providing the indexing service. We do not claim ownership of your submitted URLs or any associated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PreIndex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to PreIndex in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PreIndex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property rights), or any content or URLs you submit through the Service.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any unused credits at the time of voluntary termination are non-refundable.

By PreIndex

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity, required by law or regulation, or the Service is discontinued (in which case we will provide reasonable notice and refund unused purchased credits).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PreIndex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
