We believe you should only pay for results. If we can't index your link, your credit is automatically refunded.

Automatic Credit Refund Guarantee

Every URL you submit is backed by our guarantee. If it doesn't get indexed within the guarantee window, your credit is automatically returned to your account — no action required from you.

1. Our Core Promise

At PreIndex, we stand behind our service with a simple, straightforward guarantee: if we cannot get your URL indexed, you get your credit back. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through, no support tickets to file. Our automatic refund system ensures that you only pay for results — successful indexing.

2. Automatic Credit Refunds

How It Works

When you submit a URL for indexing, our system continuously monitors its indexing status throughout the guarantee window. If Google has not indexed the URL by the end of this period, one (1) credit is automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to take any action — the entire process is fully automated.

Guarantee Window

The guarantee window — the time we allow for a URL to be indexed before issuing a refund — varies based on your service tier. Standard indexing has a guarantee window of up to 14 days from submission. Premium indexing has a guarantee window of up to 7 days from submission. These windows are designed to give sufficient time for the indexing process to complete while ensuring you receive timely refunds if indexing does not occur.

Refund Notification

When an automatic credit refund is issued, you will receive a notification through your PreIndex dashboard. You can also view your complete refund history in the Billing section of your account settings, where each refund is logged with the associated URL, submission date, and refund date.

3. Monetary Refunds for Credit Purchases

Eligibility

If you have purchased credits and wish to request a monetary refund (a refund to your original payment method), the following conditions apply. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Once any credit from a purchased pack has been used, that pack is no longer eligible for a monetary refund. Individual credits cannot be refunded monetarily — refunds apply to entire purchased packs.

How to Request

To request a monetary refund, contact our support team at support@preindex.io with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Please include your registered email address, the date and amount of the purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will process all eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for monetary refunds: free credits received upon account creation, bonus or promotional credits, credits that have already been used (even if the submission is still processing), and credit packs where any credits have been consumed.

4. Conditions for Credit Refunds

Valid Submissions

Automatic credit refunds apply only to URLs that meet our submission criteria. The URL must be a valid, accessible, and publicly reachable web page. The URL must not return a 4xx or 5xx HTTP status code at the time of submission. The URL must not be blocked by robots.txt or contain a noindex meta tag. The URL must not redirect to a different domain that is also blocked or inaccessible.

Exclusions

Credit refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: the URL was already indexed before submission (duplicate submission), the URL became inaccessible (returned errors) after submission due to actions by the site owner, the URL was removed or redirected by the site owner during the guarantee window, the submission violated our Terms of Service (such as URLs containing malware or illegal content), or the account has been flagged for abuse or fraudulent activity.

5. Dispute Resolution

Challenging a Refund Decision

If you believe a credit refund should have been issued but was not, you can file a dispute by contacting our support team at support@preindex.io. Please include the URL in question, your submission ID (found in your dashboard), and any evidence that the URL was not indexed (such as a screenshot of Google Search results). Our team will review the case within 3 business days and respond with our findings.

Payment Processor Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting PreIndex support may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

7. Abuse Prevention

To maintain the integrity of our refund system and ensure fair service for all users, we monitor for patterns of abuse. Repeatedly submitting URLs that are intentionally designed to fail indexing, submitting URLs that are intentionally blocked or noindexed, creating multiple accounts to exploit the free credit and refund system, or any other activity designed to abuse the refund guarantee may result in account suspension, forfeiture of remaining credits, and permanent ban from the platform.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Changes will not apply retroactively to credits already purchased or submissions already made. Your continued use of PreIndex after the effective date of any updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
